I can only be online but for a few minutes but just to let you know, I've been fused 4-7 in the cervical. It will take sometime and don't try to rush recovery. Take easy and don't try to turn your neck. Not sure what type of collar your in but let me know. I was in a hard neck and chest and also just the neck. Sleeping can be very difficult at times and try and keep your neck level. Just let people wait on you for awhile, I difficult I know and it's Christmas, but just take it easy.
