Feathering a bitch is nothing, they can do no harm on the contrary, it can do nothing but good. Yes, you are much better off not interferring and allowing her to proceed without help. But, at times just a bit of interferring can get things rolling.

What you stated was maybe we were going to fast and should wait it out and not get to the vet so fast. I for one would never take someone elses bitch's life in my hands and would rather err on the side of caution, it's gone way to long and it's time to get her to the vet, if that hasn't already happened.
