I would wait until atleast 8 weeks or older to tape ears. I have only done it once and I didn't do it until she was around 10 weeks old. Mine are 3 weeks today and some are starting to flop a little but I thought it was normal. I have pictures in the nursery I posted today. I did have a girl once that her ears were up from day one and never went down.
I really don't know so I will be looking what others say.
