Honestly, I don't see how it would cure earmites or deter them. The most effective way to really treat them would be to just smoother them (like dawn does to fleas) and I've usually seen mineral oil being most effective for that.
Wouldn't soap dry the ears out, bother the skin and give the earmites more to burrow and have fun in? |
Skin so soft is a lotion, not a soap. According to the VET that was on the show, it smothers them. You can google it, it is in a lot of books on home remedies.
