I have been wiping (not really washing) his face with a warm wet cloth, and cleaned betadine and poo off his behind and his poor little pee pee as gently as possible.
I didn't want to muck him about when he was feeling rough, but today I carefully gave him a bit of a brushing.
He really needs a bath. Is it too soon?
Should I wait til his stitches are out? I don't want to take him back to the vet for stitch removal all dirty, and the vet will think he's neglected.
You can't bathe him until his stiches are removed. Your vet will understand, those are their rules.
