Please tell me she'll grow out of it. She also bumps her butt up with you pet along her back. It's like she's in heat, but they swore that she was spayed when I adopted her and she also has the stitches in her belly, but they could be from the umbilical hernia she had when they found her and fixed that too.

Is this normal?
