First you have to wait till shes sleep. Than you can part her hair with a comb, if she lets you. Or just grab some of her hair with your fingers. Then put the rubber band on. Use the kind from the dollar store. There should be like 100 for a dollar or 50 4 a dollar. Put the bow on. Than put another rubber band on. Last make sure that he/she dosent look chinese. Loosen it up. If she pulls it out it probably wasnt tight enough.
