Will rub off enamel of permanent teeth!!! My Laila had to have 7 teeth pulled when she was spayed about a month ago. She had 2 rows of upper teeth, and 2 on the bottom. If you leave the teeth in, the baby teeth will start to rub the enamel off of the permanent teeth - you definietly need to get them removed. Because they are baby teeth, it is relatively painless. Laila was eating hard food the following morning (and some fresh cut roast beef from the deli for after surgery... a little tasty treat!). Good luck!
