I am so confused. Here's what my vet said:

1. Checked her calicum levels which are fine now - the IV helped last night.
2. Go home and let her empty out the milk that she has right now and then after 24 hours do not let her nurse any more. Decrease her food supply so that the milk will dry up.
3. Bottle feed the puppies and then once they have full tummies and don't want to nurse any more, she can be with them (with the onsie) so that she clean them and bond with them.
4. Do not give goats milk = water because it will cause scours, sent us home with some puppy replacement formula.
5. We can start the weaning process at 4 weeks old.
6. We are to continue with the calicum tablets and once they are gone they are going to put her on vitamins with extra iron.
7. Do not breed her again for at least 1 1/2 years.

I need some help and advice on this one. Any is greatly appreciated.
