Cosmo was drinking and peeing up a storm and at first we thought it was kidney problem but ruled that out since the day we brought him home as a puppy he never peed all night in his sleep cage. Took him to the vet for his initial checkup and nothing wrong so our vet said it was most likely high protein since some dogs can't tolerate it and that makes them drink more water hence more peeing..yikes..and I don't want that. He said to keep in the 23-28% range for protein for Yorkies/Biewers.
