LOL!! Gracie Ruth does the same thing. "MOMMA!!" We call this her Who-Ha, funny the different names we use. It's just an area that dirt can easily collect in. I make sure during the bath to get this area wet, I usually rub the creased area gently with the side of my finger so that the ick will start loosing up. During the drying part I take a baby wash cloth (they are really soft) get it good a wet with warm water and just gently rub/wash it clean. Sometimes I have to use additional soap and then rinse again. She's not happy with this process, but it needs to be cleaned off or it could cause a sore. But I balance the need to clean with her comfort level too. Sometimes I just have to leave it a little dirty, give her a break and come back to it later. If she's been outside playing in dirt I try to wash her right away to avoid any build up between baths.
