Gypsy was never one to bite like that, but she was sickly when she was a pup. With our chi, she would bite hubby hard on the finger but would just lick mine. I could put my finger in her mouth and she would not bite down on me. He taught her that when he put his hand out flat, that meant game over. she got where she would then walk away.
