No they do not...all dogs must have their shots and if they are too young for their Rabies before they go to you then you have to sign a paper stating you will not let them out in public for 30 days or 90? Not sure it's been a while. If you do and your caught it's a CRAZY fine!! You will want to follow it for sure. Plus you must pay for a broker to bring dogs in now. Not a person that buys and sells dogs, but someone that works for you in clearing the dog before it lands so you can go in and sign for it and leave...it is not cheap though!
