No your yorkie is a toy breed and should not have left her mother before 12 weeks of age.

YTCA Code of Ethics and Conduct
All puppies leaving the breeders possession will be a minimum of twelve (12) weeks of age to facilitate adequate socialization as well as appropriate emotional and temperament development through interaction with siblings, dam and other dogs.

She's a puppy and did not have adequate time to be trained by her mother. Between the age of 8 and 12 weeks, mothers are teaching them how to play, how to behave and where they fall in the pecking order. You'll have to fulfill that function.

Hyperglycemia can hit at anytime. She's a baby and needs to be monitored. Your boy is calmer, and she is more assertive. You'll have to give her proper training to insure that she doesn't become a little monster.
