I have VPI Insurance I have had it for my little guy Max for 6 years, I have been pleased with them . I never had any problems with them and they do process very quickly.. Recently found out that inherited diseases are not covered at all. My Max was diagnosed with Chiari Malformation which is not covered at all. He had brian surgery 4 weeks ago very costly but I'm thankful he is still in my life and doing fine. Overall I do believe they are a good insurance company and very helpful.
