Oh, Gen! My heart is broken for you and your family!
I know how much it hurts to lose a beloved pet, but not knowing where he is, or how he is must be agonizing.
I'm thinking of you and praying for you to get some sort of closure here. If Cookie comes home, that would be wonderful, of course, but somehow you MUST find a way to move on if he doesn't.
