Thanks for the response! I'm like you - in a total panic! And you know what's weird? I woke up at the crack of dawn this morning because I had a nightmare that Howie got lost. Yikes I guess it was a sign that something was wrong with him! I called two vets, my vet that I loved from where I used to live and my new vet. New vet said to bring him in because it might be a ruptured cyst and old vet said it's probably nothing and to put Neosporin on it. I'm going to go with old vet for the time being. It's literally the size of a pimple so I don't think it's a cyst.
