He's whining because it gets him what he wants
Think of it like this
If you have a whiny 4 year old
Whose always saying ....... Mommy, I wanna go outside
Mommy .... I want a toy
I'm hungry
If you listen to that and give in
You're going to get MORE whining
So stop giving into the whining
The next time he whines
You Do Not react ..... don't turn around Don't give him eye contact
As soon as he stops Good Boy! and you do what he wanted
soon he'll notice
No whines .... I get what I want
