I don't know alot medically about dogs except from having them all my life but as an emergency medical tech. most times anything frothy is coming through a lung, especially with the small clots. The brownish color could be old blood, if it's a current bleed it will be red. Belle vomits sometimes when she doesn't eat and it looks find of foamy but it's either clear or yellow bile. If she's eating and keeping it down that's a good sign, but still do call the vet ASAP and especially if she starts again. Little ones like these furbabies can bleed internally without you realizing it until it's too late. Take care and keep her warm.
