I'm feeling some angst, too. A week from tomorrow, Sydney is getting spayed. She'll be turning six months the day before. I'm very nervous because the breeder said don't spay until after a year. My prayers go out for both XuXa and Sydney! I completely understand how you are feeling, as my Rio was just spayed 2 weeks ago. She is just under 9 months old and weighs only 2.6 lbs, so I was very scared about how her tiny body would handle the anesthesia and surgery. Thank God Rio got through it all without any problems at all and is recovering nicely. She had 4 baby teeth pulled as well.
Just know that spaying your babies will be so much better for them in the long run. No pregnancies, no mamary cancers, no male dogs trying to get at them when they are in season. You've made the right decision and your furbabies will be fine!
