Thanks everyone! I think we're getting closer and closer to bringing home a baby. Although we haven't decided who to buy it from, I've learned more about yorkies and feel more confident about making an informed decision. Some of you have mentioned I'd be better off buying from a breeder with show dog quality pups. I should clarify that unfortunately, -I think- we cannot afford a show-dog quality pup. We definitely want to find a healthy, good-looking pup that will stay on the small side (not tiny, teenie). We will not be showing or breeding our dog. Is that hard to find in our area (DFW) at a reasonable price ($500 and under)?
