How old is Lilly? She is probably extreamly over whelmed right now. She's probably stressed out because she doesn't know anyone, or where she is and all the smells are different. It takes time and patients.
And honestly what does your dogs size really matter? If she was 2 pounds or 20 pounds she's still a sweet little girl.
