thank you for responding and sending the link. . .that's horrible, it made me sick to my stomach. This transport company that I was referring to is bonded and services international and domestic pet transportation. My home is 11 miles from Logan and 22 miles from Orlando on the receiving end. So, yes, I agree that the "best" way to transport him would be with me on the plane. I would like to hear from others who have travelled with their babies who needed sedation. I KNOW Barclay could not make the trip without some kind of sedative. If there's anyone out there that has sedated and traveled with their baby, can you share your expereince. Was your Yorkie groggy the remainder of the day? Did they sleep the whole trip? if so, how long of a trip was it? What if he wakes up and starts yelping and wanting to get out of his crate. . .do I sedate him again? I don't want to put him in cargo, so any experiences or advice would be greatly appreciated BTW, I am flying Jet Blue, they do have a Pet Program. . .Has anyone flown Jet Blue with their puppy?
