Awe your such a blessing to that lil one for resuing her. Most important thing is TLC and a vet check. I hope they find out why she is so skinny!
I know wet dog food is more fattening maybe you can offer her some of that. Also boiled skinless chicken breast with frozen green beans (bc of the sodium in the canned) and rice would be good for her.
