I just missed out on a beautiful little girl by all of 30 minutes. Her family came on hard times (legitimate, real, story...I personally know these people) and had to let her and her brother go. Fortunately, the person who took her took her took her brother as well so she is still with family which is a good thing.
I have been trying to find a rescue Yorkie or adopt-a-Yorkie rather than going through a breeder thinking it would be a cheaper route...Can I just say, so far EVERY ONE I HAVE HAD A RESPONSE FROM HAS BEEN A SCAM!!! They all want all my information but won't give me any of theirs, they have all had a death in the family or recently moved somewhere they cannot take their puppy, and they all get ticked off when I say forget it as soon as I realize the aren't local because suddenly they are in Florida, California, or some island.
Is there any hope for finding a Yorkie for my family that is real, local, and not a fortune? | Yorkshire Terrier National Rescue Adoptions and Shop Yorkie Haven Rescue
If you go to YTCA.org and click on Regional Clubs....each Regional Club has a Rescue Officer.....
