Sarah, I'll be interested in what the ER vet says since our girl likes to eat unusual things, too.
For what it's worth, if she's already vomited once, she probably already got some of it out of her system.
I'm not sure if one hour is the threshold of every ingested "questionable" substance (probably not) but the one time I called about something Taffy had eaten, that was one of the questions they asked.
