Bring what you de-wormed her with to the vets and ask her to be checked for parasites. I would think the odds of her never having fleas are slim to none and there is a really good chance that she's got tapeworms. After I got Winston and took him to the vet it was.. the one thing I never thought to have him checked for. Never realized it until much later and they had gotten bad enough for me to notice. She's most likely skinny because she didn't have enough access to food - but she could also have other issues like tapeworms that wouldn't help things.
