I rescued my Yorkie Nicky through this organization. They are in foster homes up and down the east coast. If you go on their website, you will get all the info and an application. It will tell you what state Roscoe is being fostered in. Nicky was rescued from a puppy mill in Texas, but he was being fostered in upstate NY and I picked him up there. Roscoe is a real cutie!
