I give Cosequin. I get it from entirelypets.com Cosequin Regular Strength (90 capsules) The 90 count bottle is $27.99 and the 180 count is $44.99 I get the 180 count bottle now that I like the results.

I give Uni one capsule in the am and one in the pm sprinkled on her kibble. They capsules come apart and I just mix it in. she thinks they are flavor sprinkles and will demand I put it on there otherwise she doesn't seem that interested in eating it. She is just under 6 lbs, so if your yorkie is smaller, than give less, bigger, give more. She has been on it for a few months now and I don't hear her knees pop although I do feel them pop on occasion. She has not lifted her leg since the first time it happened.

You can also search "cosequin" on this forum for other peoples perspective as well.
