I have my puppy on Royal Canin Puppy. It is what my vet recommends, and I haven't had any issues with it so far. They also have a specific 'Yorkie' type for when she is older.

When I brought her home she was in Purina Puppy Chow. There weren't any issues (slowly) switching her to the Royal Canin.
