I don't know if they "like" clothes, but none of my Yorkies act irritated by wearing them. They don't act phased in the slightest.
Putting clothes on a puppy or an adult for the first time will take some adjusting, that's for sure. Puppies wearing clothes for the first time remind me of those fainting goats lol.
