You might want to also let your friend know there is a strong possibility that since all those puppies are pittbulls, some could end up being used for fighting. Since most pitbulls sell for next to nothing when they are grown up, people end up giving them away and not screening homes very well because they don't know what to look for. There are also alot being given up now that some cities are banning pit bulls and having up to a $200 annual fee for owners. Since your friend is a pittbull lover, I hope your friend is able to see the bigger picture that she might be contributing to the problem including overpopulation.
Having puppies at a young age and every heat is VERY unhealthy. Could you imagine getting pregnant one after another after another? It takes ALOT out of your body including nutrients etc, not to mention it's painful. Does she put her on a special dog food when she's pregnant? She is asking for huge problems later on. Just ask her what her reason is for breeding and how she would feel if the dog ended up in the vet's office over this.
