I know you are doing all you can. Here is an interesting article about puppy survival. You might want to try the glucose recipe in paragraph 10. I have used that before when I had tiny pups and it seemed to have helped:

One thing to consider is that your momma was just 5 lbs and she had 5 pups which is a pretty good size litter for her size. Sometimes in large litters the pups get crowded in the womb and they can sometimes can be underdeveloped internally and some just cannot make it, no matter how hard one tries. I will be praying for your little ones.
