I put Gunnar's hair in a pony tail on top. I like it. my DH and son take it out if I'm not home. The first clip I bought has a skull on it. Gunnar manages to get it out in seconds. He doesn't mind the special elastic bands so much now. I tell people it's what the breed is known for and all the show dogs have a top knot, boy or girl. Go for it!
