Pups don't always breath on their own at first.
You must help then by sucking fluids out of the mouth and holding them head down while rubbing them gently in a wash cloth to get them breathing.

Sometimes there is a few hours in between pups.
If she is resting and not in distress (continually pushing with no pup born).
She should be OK.
If at any time you feel she is not acting right, get her to the VET ASAP.
