I know it's a long shot but I checked Palm Beach Co Animal care & control & they have 2 male yorkies that were turned in. One on the 16th & one on the 18th. One of them looks like he was just shaved. They are in the found section & not the adoptable section (I rarely ever see a yorkie in the adoptable section cause I think the workers take them for themselves).
