He so much reminds me of a very young Truman. I will bet that he is just a wonderful little guy that just needs a loving new home.
Thank you for caring. Maybe you could contact a local rescue. I think I might put it on my Facebook to see if any one could help there as well. I have several rescues that are on my friends list.
