Be patient, he'll catch on. In the meantime, tell him 'NO BITE', put him on the floor & ignore him. Don't look at him, touch him, or make eye contact. After a bit, try it again. He'll learn if he wants attention, he has to behave. This is a hard stage to get through, but he'll get there if you keep working with him. I used to side track Roxy a lot with her toys... over & over & over. Keep toys handy allll the times.
