You'd be surprised how rude people are when you tell them you can't do their dog. And the only time we have to turn them away is if they stress to an unhealthy point. Some dogs are absolute dolls and will love you until you try to touch their feet hehe Also some dogs are ok for their body and bad for other things. They would look reaaally funny if only their bodies were shaved
You have to make the best effort possible while keeping the little baby safe and trying to make them look as best as possible. Really bad pups have to be referred to a vet who does grooming and it costs big bucks!
