Hi everyone! Just wanted to share a favorite recipe of mine. It's quick, easy and sooo yummy. I make Caramel Apple Cupcakes for Thanksgiving every year and they are always a hit.

1 box of spice cake mix
3 apples (granny smith or other good baking apple)
cream cheese icing (or vanilla)
caramel drizzle

1.Just follow the recipe for the spice cake on the box.
2Peel, core, and cut up apples into little pieces, they can be as big or as little as you like!
3. After making the spice cake batter, pour in your chopped apples, mix it up, and pour them into baking cups. You could even make cake.

Ice them with your choice of icing and drizzle the caramel over the icing.

If you need a quick and yummy dessert, try them!
