I am so sorry for what happened. We had something similiar happen when I was 9 or 10 and my brother was 2 or 3. He was playing with a peke pup that we had and had tied a string around her neck and of course she jerked and pulled and ended up hanging herself.
Sorry didn't mean to ramble.
