I know people have different ideas on what a mill is - your friend may be a good person - just a bad breeder and maybe helping educate her on the stress of over breeding can help her understand what she's doing to her dogs ?
I know many times - ignorance is all that stands between someone who can be a good breeder - and someone who I would classify as a bad breeder....
If she loves her dogs ....wants them to provide healthy puppies AND keep her moms happy and healthy - she may want to research her methods and maybe make some changes....that way she can be proud of what she's doing instead of just seeing her dogs as a paycheck
