ok what makes a puppy mill into a puppy mill? is it the amount they breed there dogs or just the lack of care the dogs get? i know it has to do with mass production of pups but where is the line drawn between a breeder and a mill? i have a friend the has 2 female pitbulls every single time besy and laura is in heat lui the male gets them now she has the puppies and of coarse they are sold to good homes. now she has practically been bred every heat and shes 2. they feed there dogs i guess good food its not the worst but its not the best. they arent in cages they roam free on there property and in the house. does this make her a puppy mill. i dont get it is it over breeding? i thought a puppy mill was a place that puts say 10 females together and say 10 males together in a room and they let them all just go at it then they sell the puppies very cheap and have no true idea on there heritage or who fathered the puppy wich of coarse then leads to unhealthy puppies. im just not sure of what really makes a puppy mill maybe im a little right .just wanted to know what all of the yorkie talk members think.
