You will need a heating pad. When she is wheloping it will be needed to move the puppies out of the way while she is delivering the next one, and they will need it for when she is not in the bed with them. they can die very quickly if they get cold. That is why the baby monitlor is important too. When mine cry in the night I get up to check on them and many times it is because one is cold and needs to be put on the heating pad. Not sure what to tell you to do about the hemostat. You need something to clamp the cord or they could bleed out
if it were me, I would send someone out for a heating pad now, and I would not leave her alone until she delivers.
