I can say that I love our snoozer car seat. Yes, there can be a chance of anything happening whether they are in a crate or carseat. I've jammed on my breaks and the dogs have been thrown slightly forward but were tethered so they were okay. I like the carseat because, for us, it helped with the car sickness issue. Hot Rod usually will lay down and settle in. Maggie is still very excitable in the seat and stands up and looks around. I guess it is a lot of personal preference. When I used to transport my cats in a crate, I would seat belt the carrier in and I was comfortable with that. |
