I noticed that my girls nipples get really hot and redish about the last few days before whelping, is she really close? if you look at my Chanel's pictures in the november litters you will notice how redish they were they were, vet said is was normal that close to whelping, he saw her on her 60th day..right now they are bursting with milk, thank god for the 5 little ones to suck them dry..LOL, I still keep an eye on them, I am so afraid of mastitis..
