I'm really hoping this was said in the passion for the loss of Cookie and not a real recommendation for anyone to do in a situation like this...a very dangerous suggestion to say the least!
Gen, I feel your pain and from what I've read you've done everything you could possibly do to bring Cookie back home to you and I pray you succeed but, please do not do anything that could risk harm to you!
The last thing you need is to be shot by someone protecting what may actually be their dog or worse yet...a charge of dog-theft...not worth the risk in my book.
Will be thinking positive thoughts for Cookie's safe return to your loving arms!
