I had a similar experience. One of Zoey's ears stood up at 12 weeks and the other was a bit slower - going up at about 15-16 weeks. They both stand erect 24/7 now and we did nothing at all - no massaging, no hair trimming, no taping.
Although we would have loved her any way she ended up - we began to view the one up/one down as just being 'Zoey's Way' of being different than the rest
