My sister-n-law started running this year and she's a little over 5 miles right now and is training for her first half marathon.
She is also going to be doing the Disney half marathon in 2011!! The Disney marathon is part of what inspired her, she is CRAZY for Disney!!
My brother trained for Ironman Canada in a year, so it can be done!! |
