I called the vet, and the special is indeed still on til the end of the month. I made sure that the vet uses gas, not intravenous sedation on small dogs, and have scheduled an appt. for Lupo to get snipped on friday. My dh doesn't want to do it! LOL he feels sorry for the dog!
